  • dr.Ken Hays


    Dr. Ken Hays became a member of Red Hill in 1989. Throughout the years, Dr. Hays has served as Congregation President, Chairman of the Evangelism and Small Groups Boards, and has been a member of the Nominating Committee.  He also organizes the housebuilding ministry trips to Mexico, and leads an usher team. Dr. Hays is married to Debbie and they have two grown children and one grandchild.

    Vice President

    Mr. Records began attending Red Hill in 2008. He regularly attends the 8:30 worship service and the Wednesday morning Bible Study.  Mr. Records has lived in North Tustin for over 35 years.  He is married to Louise, and has one adult daughter and one grandson.

  • mark clement


    Mr. Clement, his wife Terri and their two children, Nick and Erin have been members of Red Hill since 2000. As Treasurer, Mark is responsible for keeping accurate records of receipts and disbursements. Mark graduated from Long Beach State University.

  • Kymberly Rogers


    Mrs. Rogers, a graduate of Chapman University, has worked with the Orange County Superior Court Juvenile Division since 2005.  Mrs. Rogers, her husband Chuck, and their three daughters have been members of Red Hill since 2016.

  • brian aleman


    Mr. Aleman and his family became members of Red Hil in 2016. He is employed in the Corona-Norco Unified School District where he teaches 11th and 12th grade English. He has been teaching for 21 years. Mr. Aleman and his wife Kristin have two children.

  • Karen Caballero


    Mrs. Caballero became a member of Red Hill over 20 years ago.  She is a member of the Outreach Board and has represented Red Hill at Ronald McDonald House in Orange, She is also a Sunday morning greeter and has previously served on Red Hill's Altar Guild. Together with her sister, Ann, she is currently co-leader of Rebekah Circle. 

  • brian crooker


    Mr. Crooker and his wife Johanna joined Red Hill Lutheran Church in 2017 after choosing to enroll their son in Red Hill Lutheran School. The Crooker family considers Red Hill their home, and the place they come to for worship and fellowship.

  • Beth Phillips


    Ms. Phillips joined Red Hill in 2016. Since becoming a member, Beth has participated in several Bible studies and is a member of Rebekah Circle. She has also served on the Hospitality Team, the Street Team, Isaiah House and many of Red Hill's women's events. Beth spent several years as a sales and marketing executive, and recently completed a tenure of 14 years as the senior executive of a niche, staffing agency.

  • naomi schaefer


    Mrs. Schaefer has worked for Nautilus HealthCare - MemorialCare Health Systems for 22 years and is currently the director of Physician Technology Services. As a member of Red Hill Lutheran Church for 38 years, one of the many areas of her service has been with the youth, teaching Sunday school for many years, from preschool to fourth grade. Over the past 7 years, she has been a middle school group youth leader. She is married to Frank and has three grown children.
